ENGINEERING FOR ENERGY, ENVIRONMENT AND ENGINES
Born in 2006 as an Academic Spin-off of the University of Perugia, EN4 today partners with important companies in Italy and abroad (Marelli, Brembo, Bonfiglioli, Lamborghini, HSD, ABB, Allegion) for the development of testing solutions for R&D and End of Line. The experience gained from basic research continuously supports EN4’s business, allowing a strong customization of products and the ability to solve even the most complex and non-standard testing needs.
EN4 develops test benches for the automotive, aerospace, manufacturing and mechanical industries. Its systems allow customers to obtain a complete mechanical, electrical, thermal and fluid dynamic characterization of components such as: electric motors, angular and linear actuators, batteries, valves, pumps, hydrogen components, fuel cells and many others.
EN4 covers the entire product development process, from hardware design to small scale prototyping, from software development to the production of the final solution. Each product is designed and manufactured to meet the needs of the customer who can take advantage of a dedicated easy-to-use software for data acquisition, control and lastly for the analysis of the results.
EN4 also offers engineering consulting services on design, product development and third party testing.
