Perugia, 25 March 2024 – Umbria e-mobility Network, the first network of Umbrian companies operating in the sustainable mobility sector, will participate, thanks to the support of the Umbria Region and Sviluppumbria, in the VTM – Vehicle and Transportation Technology Innovation Meetings scheduled in Turin on the 26th and March 27.
At the Cluster stand, the companies that have joined the event will present their products and innovative technologies developed for the mobility of the future to international clients and sector operators.
The business convention in Turin, dedicated to the automotive and transport industry, represents an international showcase of absolute importance for the network of Umbrian companies operating in the chain of technologies and services for electric mobility.
Presence at VTM will also be an opportunity to discuss ongoing projects with the University of Perugia and to explore new opportunities for collaboration with CIM 4.0 (Competence Industry Manufacturing 4.0) and Politecnico in Turin in areas such as Artificial Intelligence and digital applied to electric mobility.
Conceived and promoted by Confindustria Umbria with the technical support of Umbria Export, the Umbria Digital Innovation Hub and the contribution of the Umbria Chamber of Commerce, the Network brings together 17 companies and has a consolidated turnover of almost 600 million euros and 2,300 employees. Established in 2022, the Cluster is chaired by Alessio Damiani, of the Asterisco Tech company.
The companies that are part of the network are: Angelantoni Test Technologies, ART, Asterisco Tech, Cimarredi, Eles semiconductor equipment, Emotion, EN4, Faluomi, König Metall GT, Meccanotecnica Umbra, Modulo, Privé, Sitem, Solaredge E-mobility, Synergie Cad Instruments, Terex Italia and Xepics Italia.
Following the VTM in Turin, a public meeting will be organized with the Region and Sviluppumbria to present the results of participation in the event.
