Umbria e-mobility Network participated in “Clusters meet Regions”, an event hosted in Foligno and promoted by the Umbria Region, Sviluppumbria and the European Cluster Collaboration Platform.
Two days of discussion between regional production systems and European clusters, in which the Cluster was the protagonist with three speeches that highlighted the key role of electric mobility in the green and digital transition.
Alessio Damiani, President of the Cluster, presented Umbria e-mobility Network as a virtuous model of aggregation between companies, the world of research and institutions. An experience that shows how Umbria can play an active role in building a more sustainable mobility.
Afterwards, Patrizio Quattrocchi, Vice President, participated in the “Kickstarting Innovation Lab” session by presenting the development of the Innovation Lab project, an advanced center for EV battery testing from a second-life perspective, designed to strengthen the link between academia and industry in the experimentation of new technologies.
Finally, Andrea Rampini, representing Rampini spa, took part in the round table dedicated to hydrogen and sustainability, bringing the company’s experience in the development of zero-emission solutions and the pioneering use of green hydrogen in public transport.
Thanks to the Umbria Region, Sviluppumbria, European Cluster Collaboration Platform (ECCP) for believing in our vision: to build a regional ecosystem connected to European innovation, capable of generating impact and value.
