The companies of the Umbria e-mobility Network Cluster met with representatives of the regional institutions at the headquarters of Confindustria Umbria to discuss the main scenarios related to electric mobility and possible joint actions to support the sector’s competitiveness.

The meeting, coordinated by Simone Cascioli, Director General of Confindustria Umbria, was attended by Francesco De Rebotti, Councilor for Economic Development, Luca Ferrucci, CEO of Sviluppumbria, Adriano Bei, Regional Director, and Mauro Marini, Head of Operations at Sviluppumbria.

The meeting provided an opportunity for constructive dialogue between businesses and the Region, with the aim of identifying synergies, including the academic world, and developing targeted initiatives to strengthen the Umbrian electric mobility ecosystem.

Cluster President Alessio Damiani outlined upcoming projects, focusing on promotion and internationalization activities. Specifically, he presented the results of his participation in the IAA MOBILITY 2025 trade fair in Munich, held last September, made possible thanks to the contribution of the Umbria Region and the operational support of Sviluppumbria.

The topics at the center of the discussion also included the Innovation Lab project, identified as a strategic asset for consolidating Umbria’s position as a leading hub in the field of electric mobility, energy storage, and low-impact technologies.

The interest expressed by the institutions has led to the scheduling of a new technical-operational meeting, scheduled for November 24, 2025, aimed at launching the first project steps in a coordinated manner.

Representatives of the Cluster companies took part in the meeting: Alessio Damiani (Cluster President and Asterisco Tech), Patrizio Quattrocchi (Cluster Vice President and representative of Angelantoni Test Technologies), Gianluigi Angelantoni (Angelantoni Test Technologies), Pietro Coaccioli (Solaredge E-Mobility), Gianluca Franchi (En4), Daniele Verrocchio (Art), Michelangelo Faluomi (Faluomi) and Federico Pagliari (Cimarredi).
